The material cups used are processed into color-changing cups. Basically, one of three methods is used: 1. Direct printing; 2. Water transfer; 3. Thermal transfer. These three processes are used for processing.

1. Direct printing: refers to printing directly on the cup with a roller printing machine. This technology is technically difficult. General factories can only print one to three colors. If they encounter high requirements for positioning and many colors, they are powerless. However, powerful factories can overprint up to 20 colors without moving. This technology is only suitable for small batch production and has low efficiency. Only color blocks can be printed, and it is difficult to print photos.

2. Water transfer: It is to use a printing machine to print on water transfer paper first, so that rich colors can be printed. It can also be mass-produced, but the environmental requirements are relatively high. The printing environment must be constant temperature and humidity to ensure printing accuracy. The printed water transfer paper is placed in water, the pattern is separated from the paper, and the pattern is transferred to the cup to bake the finished product. 3. Thermal transfer: The printing process is basically the same as that of water transfer. The printed thermal transfer paper is transferred to the cup body by a machine under heating and pressure. When water transfer is used to produce color-changing cups, the transfer of patterns is all done manually, while thermal transfer is done by machine.
